SALES MANAGER


Main responsibilities:

The company is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. In addition, you will be also responsible for:

* Managing all sales activities within the company;
* Set and achieve sales targets as well as activity key performance indicators;
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
* Drive the sales process from plan to close;
* Visiting current and potential customers alongside sales executives and distributors;
* Identify emerging markets, new products and competition status.


Requirements:

* Proven successful professional experience as a Sales Representative / Executive or Sales Manager in an IT / software company is a MUST – minimum 2+ years;
* Previous professional experience in sales of high-tech / IT / software products;
* Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration or related specialty;
* Proven ability and readiness to drive the sales process from plan to close;
* Strong communication, negotiation skills as well as excellent business sense and industry expertise;
* Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal). Knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage.


Beneficial but not mandatory:

* Interest in software, electro-mechanical devices and innovations
* Knowledge of international fiscal and legal aspects in commercial contracts
