TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH ENGLISH OR PORTUGUESE


Responsibilities:
- Utilize ticket tracking system to document all support incidents in English
- ITIL based Incident lifecycle management and Change management
- Reporting of metrics and KPIs
- Infrastructure and server monitoring
- Support Windows-based platforms including Windows, Outlook, Office
- Maintain corporate website and training platform

Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or English.
- Customer relationship development and influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to understand and follow technical documentation
- Readiness to learn new technologies

Nice to have, but not mandatory:
- University Degree in Information Technologies, Mathematics, Physics or similar;
- ITIL Certification
- Experience with scripting in PowerShell or other similar scripting languages;

The perfect candidate will have knowledge of protocols and services including IPv4, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. He/She would also have experience with Windows Server management tools and Active Directory User Management including NTFS Permissions.
