For one of our clients we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated SAP SUPPORT SPECIALIST.Main responsibilities:
Handling Level II support cases, that cannot be solved by the department’s key user and participate in change-request and new feature projects;
Provide SAP users helpdesk and support;
Proactive approach toward other departments of the company with focus on system improvement;
Intensive communication and cooperation with external consultants;
Organize and deliver ERP-related trainings to users;
Required skills and competences:
Experience as an advanced key user, ERP helpdesk or internal consultant;
MS Office /proficiency in Excel/;
SAP experience in SD and MM is advantage;
High level of internal customer orientation;
Very good command in English.
