On behalf of one of our key clients, a leading global technology company, we are currently looking for a passionate and experienced IT Recruitment Specialist, interested in recruiting for various IT profiles.The position is fully remote for six months with the option to turn the job into a permanent role!
What is the role?
The tech giant is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter who will help find and recruit top talent to join their growing company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-growth environment, have a large network and experience recruiting for tech and/or non-tech roles.
This individual will identify top talent and play a key role in the company’s growth across the company. This is an exciting opportunity to recruit for a high-growth company and serve as the team’s go-to resource for technical hires!

In this role you will:
- Take candidate’s through the entire recruiting work-flow (Interview, follow-up interviews, offer letter);
- Make contact with the existing database of IT candidates;
- Engage passive talent through creative and compelling reach out campaigns, referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.;
- Screen candidates profiles according to specific profile requirements and conducting interviews for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.;
Coordinate with other recruiters, IT team leaders and Hiring Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
To do the above really well, we would like you to have:
- Previous experience in recruitment for IT or BPO roles;
- Fluency in English;
- Proven experience with passive candidate generation; leveraging boolean search strings, X-Ray searches, talent mapping and diverse job boards/partnerships;
- Proven track record for being able to source and successfully identifying exceptional candidates;
- Experience creating and using metrics to guide decisions and strategy;
- Passionate about technology, media and existing in a fast paced international environment;
- Understand how to prioritize and enjoy working in a growing, changing, fast-paced environment that is constantly driving for better results;
- Willingness to grow!
