Job Responsibilities:
Technology leader to translate program requirements into technical solutions.
Creates and communicates specifications and technical design documents based on business owner requirements;
Collaborates with company leaders and SME’s to evaluate solutions and gain consensus on technical direction;
Collaborates with development and QA throughout the design and deployment processes while establishing and maintaining standards to improve quality and time to delivery
Estimates, prioritizes, and plans work items to be handled during sprints and iterations;
Provides leadership and expertise in creating and amending development standards and guidelines for internal use.
Experience guiding and contributing to the development of new software, while also occasionally guiding the refactoring/modernizing of older software.

Required skills:
Knowledge in mobile programing in Java;
Experience with the iPhone iOS, Android Framework, Eclipse, ADB and TraceView; Relevant Web Development experience (EJB, JSP, XML);
Proven HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5 experience;
Experience in e-commerce;
Ability to communicate and apply common architectural design patterns across a wide range of technical problems;
Experience and clear understanding of how to plan and execute within iterations and sprints;
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
