Job Description:

Responsible for user creation and provisioning assistance and support related issues to computer systems software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.


Please note that this position requires working on shifts!


Primary responsibilities:

Provide administration assistance and support computer systems and software (G-SUITE, O365, ONELOGIN, SOPHOS, Any other application as company may need);
Respond to tickets remotely or via phones, email;Manage lists;
Maintain daily performance of computer systems upon demand;
Respond to email messages for internal employee seeking help;
Ask questions to determine nature of problem;
Clean up computers remotely;
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems;
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved;
Gain feedback from customers about computer usage;
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur;
Meet SLA policy;


Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as an IT helpdesk;
At least 1 year of experience with G-SUITE and office 365 - a must;
Fluent English spoken and written;
Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, Servers);
Experience with imaging tools such as SCCM ;
Experience with MAC – an advantage;
Communication skills for interfacing with employees and multi-tasking environment;
Experience with antivirus systems - a must;
Experience using trouble ticketing systems like Freshservice, Servicenow – a must;
Knowledge of VOIP assistance;
