For one of our clients – leading telecommunications company - we are looking for Enterprise Services Technical Support Engineer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Research, investigate and provide high quality responses to technical enquires;
* Resolve customer technical issues using Linux, Backup, Storage etc. through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting;
* Proactive escalation of issues and risks, following the incident management process;
* Use network tools to monitor core network and customer services;
* Follows best practice standards;
* Technical understanding of web-portals, shared hosting, email, etc.

Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written skills in English;
* Second language – Dutch or German or French- will be considered as an advantage;
* Excellent Enterprise level customer-facing interface skills;
* Willingness to work with team members asking and answering questions;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience;
* Experience using client and device management tools and knowledge of Application Management, VMware, Backup, Windows,etc.
