An ambitious IT company, working on some very interesting software projects. One of their great achievements is the software development of the biggest Clothing Online Store in Bulgaria. Together with our client, we are looking for a motivated person to join their team in the role of:


CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WITH GERMAN


Responsibilities:
You will provide professional customer service over the phone and via email. Your role also includes processing the customer inquiries, regarding to the Online Store, Orders, Claims, etc. You will also support the team with different translations of advertising ads and other advertising materials for the website.

Requirements:
- Excellent German both written and verbal;
- 1+ years of experience working on a relevant position;
- Proven experience in MS Office;
- Great communication and customer service skills;
- Good English will be an advantage;
