On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for Business Travel Specialist with German language to join their team. If you are a person interested in the field of Travel Industry and BPO sphere, then please continue reading this job ad.

What you will be doing:
● You will deliver high-touch customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel;
● finding solutions for flight, hotels, train-travel and beyond before and during their business trips;
● Your help will ensure they fly with ease, arrive fresh for meetings and get back home on time for their
family and friends;
● Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance;
● Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;

Requirements:
● Fluency in German both written and verbal
● Working level of English (With basic understanding to industry related terminologies);
● Work experience of at least 2 years in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an
advantage
● Knowledge of Travel GDS System (such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo or other
industry-recognized platform) is a strong advantage
● Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
● Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
● Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
● Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
● Team player with a great attitude and Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production
work environment;
● High school diploma and relevant experience is preferred;
