For one of our clients – one of the largest contact centre providers in the world – we are looking for
Experienced Support Engineer with French or Italian.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Troubleshooting product or Windows environment error messages;
* Good understanding of IP Network technologies;
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012;
* Experience and proficiency with a variety of System tools including: Active Directory, VMware,
Hyper-V, MS Windows, OpenStack;
* Experience working with Oracle databases;
* SQL Express Management Studio knowledge would be an advantage;
* Demonstrated ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English and French or Italian - C1;
* Relevant experience in supporting external clients;
* Experience with remote troubleshooting with Teamviewer (or equivalent tool);
* Good understanding of IP Network technologies;
* Good technical understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating
systems;
* SQL Express Management Studio knowledge would be consider as an advantage.
