For one of our clients - one of the top business process outsourcing companies in the world - we are looking for - Software Development Project Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Release program management;
* Deliver planning & risks mitigations;
* Maintain the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors;
* Provide management reports on the released progress;
* Deal with communication, preparation and training;
* Manage risks and resolves issues that affect the release scope, schedule and quality;
* Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule and scope changes.

Requirements:
* 3+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses (certified preferred);
* Worked on complex projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors;
* Coordinated and integrated the work efforts and deliverables of a large multi-function project team;
* Experience with agile project management methods (certified SCRUM Master preferred);
* Testing/QA experience;
* ITIL expertise, especially with Release and Deployment processes;
* ITIL foundation (certified preferred).
