For one of our clients – leading business process outsourcing company we are looking for Subject Matter Expert with Polish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic team environment and help sellers solve complex dynamics support requests, manage opportunities and drive pipeline through the sales cycle;
* Liaise directly with customers to ensure their understanding of dynamic solutions and benefits;
* Assist in creating content for the learning & development team - provide actionable insights and feedback to help the approach and develop of the sellers;
* Collaborate with Team/Operations Managers to identify operational needs and new implementations; * Help develop accurate strategy for training materials, content and assessments.

Requirements:
* At least 2 years experience as SME or in similar role;
* Excellent English and Polish languages;
* Relevant educational background;
* Attention to detail;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, EXCEL, and Powerpoint).
