Customer Support Representative with Arabic/ Vietnamese/ Turkish/ Tai

Job role:

Handling customers accounts;
Solving account problems and providing information via emails, telephone and on-line chat;
Escalate requests following established procedures;
Proactive communication with customers to increase customer retention and value.

What do we need:

Excellent Arabic/ Vietnamese/ Turkish/ Tai – verbal and written;
Excellent English - verbal and written;
Previous working experience as a customer support representative is considered a big advantage;
Great communication skills, flexible and reliable;
Good computer skills.
