Who are we?

MobiSystems is the company behind OfficeSuite and File Commander – top 10 Google Play Business apps. Our apps are installed on more than 300 million devices worldwide and preloaded on a range of mobile devices by Sony, ZTE, Alcatel, Amazon, Sharp, ACER, Huawei, Kyocera and many others. MobiSystems is also the developer of OfficeSuite for Windows Desktop.

Currently we have ovеr 120 employees in our headquarters in Sofia. We also have offices in the US, China and UK.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager / Business Analyst for our flagship OfficeSuite for Android product. She/he will work together with the Senior Product Manager and be responsible for the product’s success in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Create feature specifications and wireframes
Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes and designs based on the specifications
Work together with the development team to provide any clarifications needed during the implementation
Review the finished features and validate them against the specifications and designs
Prioritize the found bugs together with QA team
Analyze the features after they go live to measure their success

Requirements:

Extensive practical experience as with Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google's GSuite
Able to present ideas clearly in writing
Excellent English writing skills – C1-level or higher
Living in Sofia or willing to relocate
Some knowledge/experience with the following is an advantage:
Agile development methodologies and tools – stories, backlog, sprints, bugs, JIRA, etc.
Business analysis or project management
Prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Proto.io, Axure
Some technical background
