BGM - Soft Ltd. is interested in hiring a WordPress Developer to support the development of various new and existing websites.

Job Summary:
The WordPress developer is responsible for creating the back-end, including creating plug-ins and implementing best practices. This position requires a combination of programming skills with WordPress supporting features like PHP, JavaScript, jQuery and others.
responsibilities:
• Develop WordPress plugins and / or topics mainly with PHP
• Use WordPress APIs and extend the WordPress admin experience
• Easily solve complex problems
• Fix bugs and fix client issues in a fast-paced environment
• Setting up and guiding the technical architecture of the website
• Assistance in the rehabilitation, improvement and maintenance of websites

Skills and requirements:
• BA or BS or equivalent, ideally in computer engineering
• Experience in a WordPress environment
• Advanced or expert skills in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, WordPress
• Competent communication skills in spoken and written English and German. English is mandatory. German, if the other requirements are appropriate, is optional.
• Ability to communicate professionally with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers
• Team player with excellent time management and communication skills
• Impeccable troubleshooting and troubleshooting capabilities
• A strong understanding of the back-end development, performance and security of PHP

Good to have:
• Experience with implementation / integration of ads
• Experience working for demanding clients or companies
• Working knowledge of WordPress agencies and platform providers is a plus
