For one of our clients we are looking for sales - oriented, ambitious and bright people. Our client is an international company with branches all over the world-headquarter is based in Toronto, Canada. The company has offices in UK, Israel and Bulgaria and they are growing rapidly. The Company is specialized in providing Customer Service Support, this is the place where consulting and sales go in one action.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Communication with clients from all over the world;
• Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients and dealing with customer issues;
• Answering inbound calls with potential and existing clients and dealing with customer issues;
• Managing customer enquires via email;
• Calling on warm leads from existing account holders;
• Scheduling tele-meetings with the customers;
• Representing the company's services in a professional manner;
• Full cooperation with the team and the management;

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian / French / Arabic / Spanish and English (written & spoken is a must);
• Experience as a salesman, Forex experience is an advantage;
• Knowledge of CRM or Salesforce tools preferred;
• Ability to navigate through several applications simultaneously;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reach the targets;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office) is a must;
