Currently for one of our big multinational clients we are looking for junior associate for the position ofTechnical Support Specialist with fluent English and French
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Diagnose computer trouble and help French speaking customers to solve hardware (90%) and software (10%) problems
- Provide technical support expertise to business and end – user clients
- Provide professional brand services
- Represent one of the most recognizable technology companies
- Communicate via telephone, chat and e-mail
- Access top notch technologies and best practices
The requirements for the role:
- Previous experience on similar role is an advantage
- Fluent command of French and English
- Computer literacy
- Personal and professional passion/ interest in technology
- Goal-oriented
- Positive attitude
