For one of our clients – one of the largest contact centre providers in the world – we are looking for Experienced SQL Data Analyst.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collect and maintain both logical and physical data models;
* Technical solution design, development, testing, configuration and implementation;
* Take part in the development and maintenance of enterprise data models;
* Create formal Data Modeling Reviews;
* May lead reviews of data models;
* Provide support to business and technical personnel in data analysis activities;
* Create a data dictionary and data mapping matrix between the external software and the internal database;
* Participates in data quality analysis, to produce a baseline for data quality assessment;


Requirements:
* A minimum of 2years of related experience;
* Bachelor degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage;
* Expert SQL coding skills;
* Excellent knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server, Access and Excel experience
* Experience with SAS, Python, SQL, STATA, Matlab, SPSS, etc;
* Previous experience with driving Workflow to manage data
* Fluent in English.
