We are searching for a high-energy, self-motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our rapidly expanding sales team in Sofia. This person will help generate new opportunities by strategically identifying, engaging and developing relationships through high-tech outbound marketing programs with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. The ideal candidates will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding in qualifying customer opportunities.


Your RESPONSIBILITIES will be:

• Developing new business opportunities in the process of lead generation and target account identification;

• Interacting with and qualifying prospects via telephone and email;

• Performing effective sales and providing high level customer service;

• Detail interacting with prospects as activities, working with a CRM to ensure effective pipeline management and providing feedback upon request;

• Providing market feedback to the direct management to ensure continuous process optimization and a structured/productive communication flow;

• Managing, qualifying, developing existing leads and new prospects (outbound and inbound) with aim to produce qualified opportunities;



REQUIREMENTS:

• Native level of French;

• Fluent in English;

• Be self-reliant and motivated

• 1+ years of experience in sales;

• Previous experience in dealing with senior business contacts;

• Previous experience of working to Targets;

• Reasonable working knowledge of the IT industry;

• Strong communication and networking skills;

• Good presentation skills.
