Our current client is the leading global information services company, providing data and analytical tools to their partners around the world. They help businesses to manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers and automate decision-making.

On their behalf, we are currently looking for a Credit Controller with German, Spanish, or Turkish to join their global team in Sofia.

The Credit Controller is responsible for making sure that all of the company’s clients are paying on time. Also, he/she is constantly working for reducing the aged debt and maximize the cash collection of the company.


Responsibilities:
To liaise with clients over the phone and via email through Oracle Advanced Collections;
Responsible for chairing meetings and reporting with different people within the company;
Reconciliations of accounts;
Hitting monthly, quarterly and annual collections targets;
Resolving queried debt;
Debt reporting;
Comply with company rules and procedures.

Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken German, Spanish, or Turkish;
Relevant higher education degree (ex: in Finance, Business Administration);
Ensuring maximum contribution to a positive working culture;
Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel;
Knowledge of Oracle would be considered an advantage;
Ability to consistently demonstrate personal drive and accountability for great performance;
Be outcome and target-focused and oriented towards results delivery.
