Job Description:

• Maintain, grow, and retain monthly recurring revenue for our cloud customers
• Understand and employ the LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand and Retain) Customer Success Model
• Coordinate across with the appropriate team(s) to ensure flawless execution of the onboarding experience
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Partner cross-functionally with support, professional services, and sales and marketing departments to create customer success that drives positive customer satisfaction and account growth.
Our most successful candidates will have:

• 3+ years of direct and demonstrated customer success experience
• Proven track record of success with a demonstrated history of customer satisfaction goals
• Experience with Gainsight a plus
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with an understanding of situational best practices
• Excellent presentation skills
• Very good level of Italian and English
