We, at Cargotec, are currently searching for a Senior HR Services Specialist to join Kalmar HR Services team. The purpose of the position is to deliver HR administration services in line with customers’ needs and defined functional KPIs for Kalmar businesses in Norway, Sweden and Italy.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Deliver HR data administration services support to both internal and external stakeholders according to the Global Process map and Responsibility matrix
Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via available company’s channels such as chat and case management tool
Demonstrate strong function knowledge of country and global HR processes and policies to effectively respond to customer queries
Maintain and update organizational and employees’ data in global and local HRIS and ensure data is accurate and up to date
Perform payroll, post-payroll and Time and Attendance activities according to the Country Responsibility matrix: collect payroll input, communication with relevant stakeholders, perform payroll checks and follow-up
Support recruitment end-to-end activities or administration tasks only where possible and in accordance with the Country Responsibility matrix
Prepare employment documentation where possible and in accordance with the Country Responsibility matrix
Adopt a customer-centric attitude to delivering HR services in line with SLAs, KPIs, controls and procedures
Identify process improvements: suggest and support the implementation of methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures and technologies and coordinate their implementation with the relevant process owners
Lead, coordinate or participate in various HR projects.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field
A minimum 3-5 years of proven experience on a similar role
Experience with simple to complex query handling
Exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
Strong knowledge of core HR processes
Experience with HRIS, Google Suite and other T&A and/or HR related systems and tools
Effective communication skills to support stakeholder management
Excellent presentation skills
Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
Demonstrate comfort in adapting to different ways of working across cultures and organizational hierarchies - in and outside of HR
Demonstrate positive attitude towards colleagues, tasks and stakeholders.
