Accounting Assistant - Data Processing & Reporting
MentorMate is looking for a highly motivated individual for the role of Data Processing & Reporting Specialist to join our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

IIn this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounting, Operations, and Continuation Engineering departments by keeping in touch primarily with their US-based management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Timesheet adherence
Monitoring and tracking of monthly hours
Processing team members promotions
Reports preparation in various tools (Netsuite OpenAir, Atlassian Jira)
Importing third party’s data into our administrative tool
Working with our Contract Administrator and conducting part of the intake process for new clients
Setting up clients in our internal systems
Communication with clients on project status
Monthly Client Invoicing Process
Margin analysis for revenue, including quarterly reporting, and prior year comparisons
Documentation of processes

Required skills
1-3 years of experience in the accounting field
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
Excellent command of the English language needed for everyday communication
Eager to learn new accounting software products
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Able to work independently with little instruction and ability to adapt to change.

A significant advantage would be
Previous experience with accounting software
Experience working in a software company
Knowledge of Google Suite
