IT HELP DESK SPECIALIST
What you will be your responsibilities on this position:
Your main role will be to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware. You will have to participate in running diagnostic programs to resolve problems. You have to be ready to installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software. Another important thing is resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and taking care of VOIP systems in the company.
What are the required skills and qualifications:
- Experience with IT Service Management tools;
- Strong experience in maintaining of computer systems;
- Proven problem-solving ability;
- Very good command of English language - both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills;
