Our client, an international company specaliazed in forex market, with 74 call centers in 28 countries is looking for HELP DESK specialist to join their Team in Sofia.

What are the requirements for the position:

- Provide administration assistance and support computer systems and software;
- Respond to tickets remotely or via phones, email; Manage lists;
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems upon demand;
- Respond to email messages for internal employee seeking help;
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem;
- Clean up computers remotely;
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems;
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved;
- Maintenance of the hardware and software infrastructure of the Company in local and remote sites and in various cloud services that are currently used;
- Management of windows/linux web hosting environments, in local servers and amazon;
- Management of windows/linux web hosting environments, in local servers and amazon;
- Management of Company domains, DNS servers, cloudflare services, Active Directory, Mail servers;
- Planning and maintaining backup strategies of different services and data.


Needed experience:

- Experience in Office 365 with adsync;
- Windows servers management
- XenServer installation and maintenance;
- Experience with storage netapp or hp, installation and maintenance;

Advantages:
