IT Service Desk Specialist

We are looking for a tech-savvy professional to join our IT department in Varna at the position of IT Service Desk Specialist.


The team will rely on YOU to:
■ Ensure technical support of end-users including hardware equipment and software applications.
■ Perform the technical support and services to customer to increase the global quality of service.
■ Deal with incidents/requests by solving or redirecting such to the responsible teams.
■ Provide technical support to end-users when requested.
■ Follow the upgrade of the office environment.
■ Monitor existing systems with the purpose of incidents prevention.


Impress us with:
■ University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Informatics.
■ Good knowledge in the IT area – principles of functioning, operating systems.
■ Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN communications, SQL, Windows family servers and Active Directory.
■ Fluency in English.
■ Strong analytical skills and sharp thinking ability.
■ Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
■ Commitment and self-initiative, team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
