We are looking for a motivated professional to join our "Projects and organisation" Department in Varna at the position of Project Manager.

We will rely on you to:
- Sets-up project governance and project planning with allocated resources. Responsible for IT resources planning.
- Follows, formalizes and reports on consumption of human and financial resources allocated to the project.
- Organizes and leads regular operational meetings with project team, Steering Committees for overall status and decision making.
- Coordinates the project team members, facilitates collaboration between involved departments and external providers and ensures expected feedbacks/decisions on time according to planning.
- Prepares, challenges, shares all documents necessary for proper achievement of project (Opportunity Note, Expression of Needs, Business Case, Functional/Technical Specifications).
- Ensures proper Change Management – documentation (instructions, procedures, user guides) and communication/training/assistance to impacted people.

Requirements :
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in management of projects – including management / follow-up of the resources, budget, planning and/or in business analysis.
- Good knowledge of project management methodology (PRINCE 2 or others) including projects documentation (expression of needs, projects plan, RFP, etc.).
- Good knowledge of MS Project or other PM Tool.
- Experience in banking sector will be appreciated.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment and self-initiative, team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
