We are looking for a talented E-mail marketing specialist to join our marketing forces and help us further expand our e-mail marketing strategies. Your primary duties include: running e-mail marketing campaigns, managing e-mail databases and preparing e-mail marketing reports and creating engaging newsletters.

As an E-mail marketing specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing e-mail marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.

Your new job:
Support existing e-mail marketing practices and processes of planning and executing customer e-mail campaigns along each step of the customer journey process. That includes: creating the concept, content, structure, setup, customization in terms of language, target audience, tracking, KPIs, reporting, etc.
Execute end-to-end e-mail marketing campaigns via the Mailchimp e-mail automation platform
Create and manage new marketing e-mail campaigns, targeting internal audiences;
Manage existing, regular e-mail marketing campaigns and optimize their quality over time;
Plan and execute customer e-mail marketing campaigns for different products from the iCard product portfolio - creating the concept, content, structure, setup, customization in terms of language, target audience, tracking, KPIs, reporting, etc.,
Manage mailing lists and client database
Support the planning, preparation, and execution of push notification campaigns
Prepare e-mail marketing reports on campaign, weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure the marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered correctly to prospects.
Ensuring all e-mail campaigns comply with current e-mail best practices in the industry.
A/B Testing on various e-mail campaigns to establish the most effective
Ensure messages are sent in proper time, form and template.
Proofread e-mails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
Review messages for brevity.
Follow up on interested respondents.
Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
Tracking and reporting on e-mail campaigns to guide improvements.
Working closely with the Senior E-mail Marketing Expert and the whole Marketing team to constantly improve the e-mail marketing strategy.

Your profile:
Minimum 2 years previous experience as an email marketing specialist
Fluency in English and Bulgarian
Excellent written and copywriting communication skills
Time management skills
Excellent Excel skills
Extremely analytical and able to translate complex data into actionable and profitable e-mail marketing campaigns.
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or PR is considered an advantage
