In the current role you will be challenged to:
Plan and supervise all aspects of a project – overall and on a daily basis: planning, tasks completion, progress monitoring and budget.
Ensures resource availability and allocation.
Maintain close communication with all stakeholders of the project.
Prepare documents related to the projects: proposals, requirements specifications, project plans, meeting agendas, daily/weekly reports.
Monitors and analyse set KPIs.
Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues.
Your profile:
University degree in Technical, Business or related disciplines.
3+ years of experience with project management.
Fluent English (Verbal and Written).
Highly motivated very responsible, dynamic and strong team player.
Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
Project Management certificate will be considered as an advantage.
Interpersonal skills – leading skills, communication, negotiation, focus on details, prioritisation, decision-making.
