“iCard” AD is a Payment Institution and Electronic Money Institution, licensed under Payment Services Directive (PSD 2007/64 EC) and E-Money Issuers Directive (2009/110/EC), authorized to provide payment services and e-money in EU and EEA countries.
“iCard” is a principal Member of Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay International, JCB, AmEx aggregator, Issuer of Electronic Money and Payment Transaction, and member of SEPA and SWIFT.

In the current role you will be challenged to:
Be up to date with the Card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UPI, AmEx) requirements related to card transactions processing.
Daily process all received chargebacks/disputed transactions and represent them in a proper and prompt way as per the most recent card regulations.
Communicate with clients on Dispute/Fraud/Chargeback related topics.
Conduct clients analysis and assessment based on provided documents and their transactions behaviour.

Your profile:
University degree in Economics, Law, or other relevant.
At least 1 year professional experience.
Excellent analyzing and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines.
Pro-active approach and ability to take appropriate decisions.
Proficient use of MS Office.
Excellent command of English.
Previous experience in card processing, e-money institutions and/or conventional banking is an advantage
