Logistic and Customer Service Specialist

For our partner - EASYBUILD Bulgaria AD - a leading Bulgarian company for delivery and installation of waterproofing systems and sport flooring we are looking for:

LOGISTIC AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST


Your main responsibilties will include:
Processing clients orders and keeping contact with the customers regarding their orders and deliveries;
Preparation and processing of purchasing orders to suppliers;
Organizing international transport, contact with forwarding companies;
Processing warehouse operations and keeping stock control system up to date;
Create and check all necessary documents (Sales order, delivery notes, proforma invoice, etc.) in SAP;
Coordinate all the goods during transportation, monitor traffic and communicate with external speditors, etc.

In order to be a successful applicant you should meet following requirements:
Experience on a similar position is a big advantage;
University degree is required;
SAP knowledge will be a strong advantage;
Very good computer skills and knowledge in verbal and written English;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Analytical manner of thinking and strong attention to details.
