Position Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator


The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all back-office functions for the AR department are completed in a timely manner to maintain continuous cashflow for the business.

You are probably wondering what exactly you’ll be doing:
Responsible for processing all emails sent to the AR inboxes according to the established polices.
Working on external clients’ and internal stakeholders’ queries
Running country Direct Debit process
Suspension/reinstating accesses for clients to Experian platforms
Orders for costs, refunds and adjustments in Oracle.
Supporting cash collection processes.
Process Credit Reserve
Support Billing Interface Process

We are looking for you to bring:
Relevant higher education degree.
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Oracle (would be considered as an advantage).
Experience in an administrative environment.
Ensuring maximum contribution to a positive working culture.
Be outcome and target focused and results delivery.
Attention to detail.
Ability to make decisions based on available information.
Manage stakeholders’ expectations
