Position Title: Senior Technical Analyst - Delivery Center

From client acquisition solutions to fraud management and collections, our software delivery experts configure, test and implement the full spectrum of products and services we offer worldwide to our clients in the financial, banking, telecom sectors (and that’s only to name a few).

We are currently expanding our Sofia Delivery Centre and looking for Senior Technical Analyst.

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for System Integration Testing and Deployment of our solutions hosted in clients on Experian Data Center.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for prioritization and distribution of daily tasks of the team members (2-3 colleagues) and act as an expert point of contact
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project members to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables
Recognizes, documents and articulates risks and issues to management and stakeholders in a timely manner
Configure technical environment and validate platforms prior to software installation
Responsible for product deployment and solution upgrade
Provide technical consultancy on client integration
Produce technical specification and solution design as per client requirements and supervise team members during technical parametrization
Responsible for solution test plan creation and test cases execution
Responsible for technical and performance tests and solution defects resolution
The successful candidate will have:
University degree or equivalent standard with a high-numeric, IT or business content
Previous experience on a similar role
Strong knowledge of Server OS Windows and Linux
Advanced experience with relational databases as Oracle, MYSQL and/or SQL Server
Experience for configuration and troubleshooting Web Service as IIS, APACHE-TOMCAT
Being able to control connectivity, understand protocol and security
Knowledge of the following tools & languages:
XML
Batch language scripting
PowerShell scripting.
Soap UI
SQL
Good knowledge for test preparation and execution
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Availability to travel on ad hock bases
Fluent in English
The following skills and abilities will be considered as an advantage:
A technical background with testing experience is a pre-requisite
Groovy – Java (is a good value added)
Good understanding of software delivery life cycle
