LEAN MANAGEMENT EXPERT
Your main responsibility on this role will be to implement and support Lean transformations in all units of the company and subsidiaries, according to the standards set. You'll also have to own, develop and provide Lean methodology and to deliver Lean trainings to the employees in scope of transformations. You have to be ready to generate ideas and prepare proposals for improvements on specific dimensions, e.g.: Voice of the Customer, Process Efficiency, Performance Management, Mindsets and Behaviors, organization and skills, etc.
The required skills for this role are:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to analyse, structure and manage a whole change process;
- Manage difficult situations, to overcome resistance;
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel on the level of creating Macros;
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and experience with Agile/Scrum is a big plus;
- Some experience with VBA is a plus too;
- Fluency in English.
