We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Banking Operations team supporting international payment services. If you enjoy working with financial transactions, solving payment issues, and collaborating with banking partners, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do
Process and monitor international and domestic payment transactions
Support payment investigations
Handle payment-related inquiries such as recalls, returns, and chargebacks
Perform account reconciliation and review transaction records
Monitor incoming and outgoing payments across different channels
Verify payment instructions and supporting documentation
Communicate with banks, internal teams, and clients
Support daily operations and ensure service levels are met
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in German, both in verbal and written communication
Good level of English in both verbal and written communication
Experience in back-office operations would be considered an advantage
Commercial education or professional experience in the banking sector would be considered an advantage
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good communication and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured way
Basic knowledge of MS Office
