Our client is a rapidly growing BPO company looking for an ambitious people with passion for sales. We are looking for a Retention Specialist with German.

Responsibilities:
- Completing outbound calls in order to develop relationships with existing and prospective clients;
- Actively calling out to assigned customers to inquire about additional sales opportunities;
- Negotiate high value deals with customers;
- Execute an organized, efficient and structured sales process;
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times;
- Keep up-to-date with the sales industry.

Skills:
- Fluent in German.
- Previous sales experience.
- Dynamic, innovative and target driven.
- Strong networking capability.
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
- Ambitious, goal minded, confident, organized.
