The most innovative online based company in the financial sector for 2016 in Bulgaria is currently looking for an experienced person to manage various future multinational projects with a team of around 15 IT professionals. As an IT PM, you will use project management best practices to drive IT projects in support of the Center IT strategy. The individual that will succeed in this role will have IT project management experience, know how to build strong team relationships and have a bias towards action. You must also have strong organizational and communication skills to work through ambiguous situations, adjust plans as needed and proactively inform stakeholders of risks, tradeoffs and overall progress.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT functional leads to develop and implement high quality IT solutions
• Drive planning, execution and closure of IT projects
• Flex communication style to ensure stakeholders and project team feel informed and included throughout the project lifecycle.
• Take initiative and provide leadership to develop solutions for emergent risks and issues
• Mange and communicate key performance indicators for project cost, scope and timeline

Qualifications
.
• A minimum of 3 years IT project management experience
• Proven project management skillset based on industry standard practices (PMI, ITIL, Six Sigma, etc)
• Analytical abilities, including translating business needs into requirements, generating alternatives and evaluating quantitative factors to select the best solution
• Ability to build productive working relationships across diverse individual skills and styles
• Proven ability to motivate teams to solve issues and drive progress
• Skilled in prioritization. Makes the right tradeoffs between schedule, resources, and scope in order to address major risks, challenges and obstacles
• Establishes and fosters open formal and informal communications with technical and functional resources and management.
• Ability to work independently, as appropriate, and prioritize work.
• Takes a proactive approach to dealing with ambiguity, seeks out and creates clarity.
