We build and establish dedicated teams in Bulgaria that enhance their capacity and productivity, supporting their growth and continued success in their field.Our present client base currently includes the world’s largest online grocery retailer, a global gaming business headquartered in the UK, leading FinTech companies, social media platforms, worldwide eCommerce leaders and a variety of scale-ups rapidly expanding their software services and products.
Questers Bulgaria was founded in 2007, pioneering our services-led model in the industry, and we currently work with over 20 different clients, employing 200+ tech specialists in Sofia across a variety of roles.
In 2014 and 2017 Questers was awarded Top ICT Employer for the Outsourcing of IT Services category in Bulgaria, while in 2016 we were shortlisted for European Service Provider of the Year by the Global Sourcing Association. In the context of the planned rapid growth we are looking to hire:
IT Business Consultant
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with Java Standard Edition and Java Enterprise Edition
• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience developing with Spring, Hibernate and Struts
• Experience with Web Services
• Experience with Selenium, Jenkins and Hudson
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent social skills. Team player
• Flexibility/Mobility – ability to perform in different working environments
• Highly motivated
• Good written and oral English (min. B1 according to the European language framework)
• Very good command of Serbian (min. B2 according to the European language framework)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with the other members of the team – software developers and QA’s to improve and support online betting software solutions
• Develop high-quality software based on Java
• Provide timely and effective communication with partners in English and Serbian
• Adhere to the processes and standards in place within the business
• Be responsible for problem-solving technical support issues, developing small client services tasks and maintaining client environments
• Promptly escalate issues when necessary according to the internal rules
• Comply with internal regulations, procedures, Company and Management orders and manuals
• Participate in the Company meetings
• The individual in this role will be required to travel to the UK or other countries for the purposes of training and knowledge transfer. All business trips will be preceded according to the local legal requirements

• Заемащият тази позиция ще работи заедно с други членове на екипа - по разработване на софтуер и по контрол на качеството, за да усъвършенства и поддържа софтуерни решения за онлайн залагания.
• Заемащият тази позиция следва да разработва високо качество софтуер, базиран на Java
• Осигурява навременна и ефективна комуникация с контрагенти на английски и сръбски език.
• Придържа се към процесите и стандартите в екипа според изискванията на бизнеса.
• Осигурява навременното извършване на работата и според качеството, изискано от Компанията.
• Работи за разрешаването на проблеми, свързани с техническа поддръжка, разработването на задачи и поддръжка на подходяща среда за клиента.
• Ескалира проблеми, когато е необходимо, според вътрешно установените правила за това.
• Спазва вътрешните разпоредби, процедури и заповеди на Компанията и Ръководството.
• Участва във фирмени срещи.
• Изискванията на тази позиция, налагат служителят да пътува до офисите на компанията в Сърбия и Англия с цел обучение и обмен на знания. Всички командировки се извършват съобразно законовата уредба за командировките в страната и чужбина.
