We, at Cargotec, are looking for a Junior Procurement Support Specialist in Hiab, who will be responsible for providing supporting tasks and activities to entire Source-to-Receipt (STR) area in Hiab.

Please note that this is a maternity cover position and we offer a fixed-term contract (for a period of one year, approximately).

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Active member of the Source-to-Receipt (STR) process area
The supporting activities include for example: help desk services to internal and external customers; reporting and analytics services to support internal customers and Cargotec Sourcing and Purchasing teams
Аctively participate in the implementation of the new procurement tool
Act as admin and key user for Indirect Procurement related tools and services
Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures
Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures and technologies
Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor degree in business-related field
At least 1 year of experience on a support role, supporting internal clients on systems / processes; candidates with experience from support in the procurement area would be the ideal fit for the position
Knowledge of related process areas such as Procure-to-Pay (PTP) is a great advantage
Experience with simple to complex query handling
Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving, organisational and communication skills
Hands-on experience working with a ticketing system (such as ServiceNow)
Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
