Your Job Role:
Handling gamers inquiries regarding PC/Console gaming issues by email, chat, and social media
Providing complete troubleshooting following the established procedures
Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets

What you need to have:
To be fluent in Italian and advanced in English
To be familiar with PC and Console gaming
Excellent communication skills
Ability to identify and understand clients’ needs
Ability to present complex information in a simple way
