Our strong and flexible Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Unlike simply filling seats, we are responsible for an ongoing process that tends to raise awareness and promote MentorMate as an employer of choice across Bulgaria’s software community and beyond.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to truly make an impact and bring your creative ideas to life. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing team members as well as with our practice managers to find and engage the best software developers on the market.

What you’ll be doing
• Engage with key hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to develop a deep understanding of our needs, culture, and business goals
• Manage different candidate sourcing channels, including direct advertising, database leads, recruitment agencies and partners, social media, pro-active headhunting, alumni organizations, and professional websites
• Interview and evaluate candidates’ soft skills and cultural fit
• Maintain up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and effectively manage the talent pipelines
• Ensure a great candidate experience from initial contact to offer
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective applicants
• Organize and participate in our initiatives and events
• Help us to find creative and innovative ways to enhance our employer branding efforts and positive image among the software community
• Assist in other marketing & recruitment projects/tasks to add value and continually improve the overall process
What do you need to have
• At least 3 years (the more the better) of IT recruitment experience
• Еxcellent English writing and communication skills, as well as impeccable Bulgarian
• Excellent people skills – a demonstrated ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical individuals
• The understanding that recruiting isn’t just about matching the right people with the right job but fostering connections to our brand and ensuring every candidate has an engaging experience
• Ability to build and preserve strong relationships with candidates
• Good prioritization and organizational skills
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Proactive attitude
• Passion for recruitment
• Experience in Employer Branding is an advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent qualification
