Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of our partner – leader in the translation sector:

General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for managing and expanding our in-house staff consisting of translators, project managers, translation engineers and sales executives
* Responsible for costs and profits with strong budgeting and financial targets with direct report to the Group Manager
* Over-all responsibility for sales and marketing in Bulgaria
* Meetings and communication with clients
* Work with MS Office, Plunet, CAT-Tools

Requirements for the candidates:

* Familiar with all aspects of the translation business
* Graduate with near native English speaking abilities
* Ability to interact with management, staff and clients
* High capability of creative thinking, problem-solving and decision making
* Ability to build and manage teams, delegate authority and develop employee talents
* Results-oriented with strong business development sense
* Effective communicator with excellent leadership and management skills
* Advanced degree in business administration would be an advantage
* Business writing and computer skills are essential
