Responsibilities
Second Level support for the main Core Banking System Flex Cube and CRM applications;
Incident Management - timely and effective resolution of reported Incidents;
Problem Management – root cause analysis for recurring incidents or incidents with high severity;
Vendor related communication for all operative issues required escalation;
Ensure availability and performance KPIs are met or exceeded for all supported systems;
Products parameterization in Flex Cube and EOD Preparation execution;
Applications support, maintenance and monitoring activities automation and optimization;
Change & Release Management – Involved in the planning and execution of normal and emergency changes. Keeping the test environments in a consistent state.
Required Qualification
Previous experience with Flex Cube will be an advantage;
Experience in second level support for Core Banking applicationswill be an advantage;
Experience with Oracle databases and knowledge of SQL;
Basic knowledge of Windows and UNIX based operating systems;
Internet technologies and web servers basic knowledge;
Knowledge of Bank Information Systems modules is an advantage – products, accounts, clients, transactions, payments, loans, deposits, cards;
University degree in IT, Engineering or Economics;
Good analytic skills;
Past experience on a similar position will be an advantage;
Ability to work in a team;
Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal);
Willingness to be part of IT team and to work in a dynamic environment.
