Currently, we are expanding our Product support team and are looking for a Technical Support Manager.

Key responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve customer issues with regards to technical and product support.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Project a professional company image through chat and email interaction.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Prioritize tasks and to involve other teams when needed by following the escalation procedures.

Job Requirements:
• Excellent command of English language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Understanding of web programming languages (HTML,CSS).
• Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions.
• Readiness to work unsocial hours and on weekends.
• Sports and eSports knowledge – an advantage.
• Previous customer support experience – an advantage.
• Academic education – an advantage.
