Due to the growing business expectations of one of our trusted clients,
we are currently looking to hire a motivated professional for
the position of:

Cloud Operations Level 1 Monitoring

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and handling of health checks/alerts for all the cloud products in SAP Cloud Platform
(Integration and Orchestration).
• Ensure the application availability by monitoring the applications and proactively monitoring the
dependent components with a 24x7 coverage.
• Work as team to assist in performing tasks as required by Level 2 team during outages.
• Keep a track of the time log of issues during outages
• Perform regular daily/weekly/monthly activities like activities hand-over etc.,

Requirements:
• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Base knowledge in Information Technology and Networks. Knowledge in Operating Systems
(Linux is an advantage)
• Experience with Cloud technologies is an advantage
• Ability to stay calm and work during customer escalations
• Ability to engage with new teams and collaborate
• Skills to analyse, troubleshooting regular operational issues
• Ability to work with the diverse nature of the team members
• Good English. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Skills to adhere to existing processes
