RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Job responsibilities:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on metrics and commitments without letting distractions get in the way of success
• Identify and attract the best talents
• Proactively using recruitment tools
• Candidates shortlisting
Must haves:
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (in BPO is an advantage)
• Excellent command of English is a must
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
