The company is starting a brand new project and is trying to build from a scratch its development team in Sofia, Bulgaria. For this purpose, they want to hire a
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD
Responsibilities:
- leading and participating in the architecture of the enterprise-class platform;
- managing the work distribution across multinational locations and teams;
- traveling when is necessary will be required.
Experience:
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer;
- 2+ years of experience in managing teams of Software Engineers;
- Proven ability to work with C# and MVC;
- Knowledge of VB and MS SQL;
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript (Node.js);
- Experience with AWS or similar;
- Experience in communicating with teams overseas.
Education:
- University degree in Computer Science/ Informatics or related specialty;
