As EXL continues to grow in Bulgaria and Europe, we are now seeking talented professional for the position IT support desk on a FullTime employment. This role is primarily responsible for providing field support to business operations, monitoring and Level 1 support for all Network, Server and desktop resources to prevent any adverse impact on production.


Basic Function:
• This role is primarily (75%) responsible for providing field support to business operations, monitoring of all Network, Server and Desktop resources to prevent any adverse impact on production. (25%) L1 Server device configuration and support.

Essential Functions of this Position:
• Assess and diagnose problems. Root cause analysis and Level 2 troubleshooting
• Monitor the Bin in which tickets (incidents and SRs) are assigned to the group and close them within SLA
• Identify potential problems through proactive measures and do a Trend analysis of those incidents.
• Knowledge of MS Servers and AD
• Compliance of all systems within technology ecosystem
• McAfee Encryption, DLP Endpoint
• Proxy server awareness & knowledge
• Able to interact with vendors/suppliers and troubleshoot server related issues.
• Ensure maximum uptime of all servers and systems
• Maintenance and support of Windows domain
• Support full operations from systems perspective by ensuring user management/ email management/ group policies management.
• Ensure patch updates/ antivirus updates/ backups are being followed rigorously.
• Implement and monitor new technology systems.
• Reviewing the logs maintained by the outsource team as defined.
• Field support of agent systems and software.
• To prepare and deliver timely and according to standard requirements periodic reports assigned by the Manager/Company’s Management.
• To comply with all norms, procedures and internal policies that governs the processes and relationships within EXL Service Bulgaria.
• To attend regular training sessions held by the Company on topics related to health and safety at work or any other topics/ matters necessary to carry out work within the Company.

Education Requirements:
• Technical major student degree or related

Work Experience Requirements:
• At least 2 year in a similar role. Exposure to enterprise architecture is an advantage
