For one of our trusted clients, a service company specialized in concluding construction contracts in the European Union, we are looking for

Business Developer

Job duties include

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
Identify new markets and customer needs;
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.;
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals;
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives;
Participate in the negotiation process.

What we do need from you

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development (preferred construction companies);
Experience within multinational environment; cooperation with international partners;
Professional expertise in the building industry;
Mobility and success orientation;
Fluency in both English and Bulgarian language (negotiations, agreements, technical documentation).
