For one of our clients, well known international company we are looking for System Administrator with German/ Portuguese/ French or Spanish


Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team providing professional and comprehensive support to company’s enterprise clients

• Dealing with client technical issues by outbound calls only, using a ticketing system

• Providing customer feedback on their issues as they are progressed and record any interactions within the case handling system.

• Ensuring high client satisfaction by providing a professional service and swift resolution to all of the issues

• Recreating problems in house and providing evidence where bug fixes are required


Requirements:

· Fluency in German/ Spanish/ Portuguese or French – B2 and above

· Good command of English language – B1

· Very Good knowledge in operating systems, internet connectivity, web browsers, firewalls, anti-virus software, MS Office

· Good level familiarity of Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server OS)

· Networking knowledge, troubleshooting skills

· Microsoft Windows / Desktop and Server

· Knowledge in these areas is desirable and will be considered an advantage - SQL / Database awareness /Email / Active Directory awareness / Linux / Virtualization
